This will give a detailed overview of what has happened over the past year and how technology has progressed, specifically the new BMT.Net platform and newly released feature and enhancements in 4.6

10:15am – 12:00pm How to grow your business without increasing staff – Mike Morgan
This session will cover in detail managing existing workflow within the software to maximize efficiencies around people, process and technology.  Topics include:

• maximizing purchasing workflow
• cost management workflow (BPM)

12:00pm – 1:00pm – Lunch 

1:00pm – 3:00pm – Reducing Sales Cycles by automating your Variation Price Book – Mike Morgan/Graham Price. In this session, production workflow automation by being able to capture sales without extending the sales cycle by not having to pricing out variation sending to estimating.  Modules covered:

• Sales Pricing workflow, Estimating Workflow
• Understanding how estimate assemblies will help price your variations quicker

3:00pm – 3:15pm – Break 3:15pm to 5:00 – Reducing costs by automating your purchase order approvals – Mike Morgan / Graham Price
Understanding the WMS workflow around PO approval and exporting / approval of invoices and eliminate manually entered invoices.  Identify, by job in WMS, what has been completed but not yet invoiced.  Modules covered:

• Purchasing workflow
• Accounting workflow

2:00pm – 3:45pm – Leveraging existing BPM Workflow Templates to minimize cost and maximize profitability – Brett/ John

This session will cover how to take advantage of “out-of-the-box” pre-built business process automation templates that help drive efficiencies in purchasing and cost management, as well as controlling and automating variances, back charges and the job closing process.
